About Me

I was born in the smallest country in Central America; El Salvador. My writings and art are inspired by my hometown, its humble residents, and my experience as an immigrant in the United States.

My family and I migrated to the U.S. when I was 11 years old.  We fled the violence that was quickly taking over our beautiful nation. Leaving our home was never in our plans, but it was a decision we had to make to be alive today.

My life as an immigrant has shaped me into the women I am today. Therefore, I fight for the rights for undocumented immigrants through this blog and direct action.

Some of the best and most inspiring conversations have happened over a cup of coffee, hence, the name of this blog. I am constantly trying to put my deepest thoughts into writing and share them with you all.

Thank you for your support and I hope you enjoy the content on this site.

  1. Thank you for this space! Truly love your content. I loved your featured imaged. Can you tell me where I can find it as well? Please. Keep up the great work!

  2. You offer me something. It can be anything: knowledge, a feeling, a thought, a perspective, an inspiration, a connection. The ones that pull me in are the ones who share a piece of their world or knowledge with me in a genuine way. They always keep me coming back.

    You can follow me too!
